On circles, rays, lines, and angles

We spent a great chunk of our time in first period today working on the four homework circle problems. I hope the kids feel more comfortable finding areas and circumferences now.

Afterwards, we moved into a review of rays, lines, line segments and all that other good stuff. (Look at the pictures below.) As a way to test if they remember and can pull information out of a picture, I've given them the assignment posted below of finding rays, lines, etc. from within the picture. This should be done for tomorrow.
